When a box needs a little aftercare.
Let’s find the missing piece.
If something arrives damaged, incomplete or unlike its description, send us the game name and order reference with a few clear details. Keep the box and packing nearby while we work out what is needed. Wait for our instructions before sending a parcel back.
Some things are not just shop policy.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law continue to apply. A faulty product may require repair, replacement or refund according to the problem; for a major problem, the consumer can choose replacement or refund. The linked ACCC page explains those rights in more detail.

Ask us about an unwanted game before returning it, so we can discuss whether a change-of-mind arrangement is available. That is a separate conversation from putting right a fault. An order still awaiting confirmation can also be identified by its reference when you ask to cancel.
