We keep the name, reply email, address and games you enter so the shop can handle your request. You may add a phone number or a useful delivery note, but neither is compulsory. Please leave payment credentials out: this site has no card-payment form.
A note to us and a note to everyone.
The contact page keeps your message and reply information for the shop. The guestbook is different: its chosen name, mark, text and date are visible to people browsing that game. We do not describe a guestbook entry as a verified customer purchase.
Finding your page again.
A necessary browser cookie helps you return to your order and amend your own guestbook entry. The cookie setting is thirty days, though a server session may end earlier. Clearing it does not rub out the order or the public entry; write to [email protected] if you need help after doing so.
Keeping only a useful record.
Order handling, accounts and questions about a purchase can require records to be kept. You may contact the shop to ask about access, corrections or deletion, with identity checked where appropriate. An agreed delivery can require sharing the address with a carrier. The host can keep technical logs, but there are no advertising or analytics tags here.
